Rinko Kawauchi

These 8 photos are done by Rinko Kawauchi who is a Japanese photographer. Her shooting mostly in 6×6 format. And her work is characterized by a serene, poetic style, depicting and ordinary moments in life. I like the moment which she captured. For example the third one. The baby is lying in her mum's arms and the mum is feeding her baby. From this photo I can get the emotion of very warm and enjoyable. And that make me remember of my babyhood. Although I did not remember how my mum fed me at that time, but from this photo I can image that scene.

Multiple Exposure

I found these photographs are really amazing. Recently, I am keen in multiple exposure. After searching in Internet, I found these amazing works. These all took by Marcus Yam. Before seeing his sketches, I did not know how difficult is it. Marcus Yam said that every time before he going to shoot, he will plan his images. I have tried to shoot use double exposure, but they look not very nice. I think that because I just use that camera technic, never thinking about the meaning why I did this.
So now I knew that "Photograph" not just using your camera to shoot something or someone, rather, we should think about the whole thing before shooting.

Art Photograph

This time is Aliza Razell's art photograph. She use self-portrait and watercolor. She merged these two media by photoshop. The way she used looks very creative. The fifth one looks very meaningful, she is hand holding someone. But the one looks ready to go away. The feeling which I get is missing someone or something. Maybe in my following works I will try some creative ways.

The View of War

These photographs make me feels very shocked. All these photographs are taking during Vietnam war by Thomas Bill Hart. I found many of his portrays are shooting about kids. He portrayed the war from the view of kids. Kids are the poorest part of the world, but from these photographs we could see the living conditions are terrible. But their the expressions in their eyes look very tough and tenacious.
I like the second from the bottom especially. The kids in that photograph looks very terrified. From that one, we could imagine the damage of the war for children. The message of in that photograph is very clear, which is stop the war.

Poetic Photograph

These photographs are took by Sandra Strazdaite who is a Vilnius fine art photographer. She focusing on dance and portrait photography. From her works I can get the feeling of melancholic, quite even mysterious. I like her works especially the last one. First, the position of the hand and tree looks balanced. Second, the color of the whole image looks suitable. Everyone of her photograph looks like a  poem, very amazing. Although some times I can not point out the emotion for every photograph, but I can get the deep feeling.

Amazing portrait DPM

These works took by Amanda Diaz who is an internet photographer. She has conquered social media with over 170,000 organic fans on Facebook, and growing significantly every week. Her inspirations come from paintings and movies. Everyone of her works is like a fairy tale imagery that we see portrayed in movies and art. The reason why I like her works one is because she took photographs from the perspective of female. We can see the beauty of women in her photographs. Another one is because the setting, customs, light even the expression of the models are very nice.
From these photographs, I realized that planing is very important before you start shooting. You must think about the overall. From setting, lighting, customs to moods. Actually I seldom to do plan before I shooting. Usually I just work around and observe the surroundings then take photos. Maybe that why my works always looks very weak. So I will think more of these things next time.

Double Exposure

I like these double exposure photographs. In my view, I think these kind of photographs could express the emotions better. Sometimes we can not get the emotion clearly just from the face. If we use double exposure to shot, at least we can get more information than others. For example, the first one, the photographer use the city's landscape as a background, the foreground is a man's outline. I can get the sad and lonely feelings. The photograph is likely to tell us that the man missing his hometown or he is losing in the city. If we just shot a man standing in the city, the emotion must different from this one.
So I want to use double exposure for my next project.
